SHL Verbal, Numerical and Inductive Reasoning Tests
SHL ability tests (sometimes referred to as “aptitude tests”) are designed to assess the candidates’ Verbal Reasoning and Numerical Reasoning skills.
An Inductive Reasoning Test is also available for graduate and managerial roles. Perhaps better known as a “Abstract or Logical Reasoning Test”; it is used to measure the candidates’ logical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
For operational and supervisory roles, SHL also offer a Verify Checking Test and Verify Calculation Test to assess a candidate’s accuracy when working with different types of data.
