Sharon Dixon is a coach, consultant and trainer based in Cardiff, South Wales. Sharon spent many years in retail and corporate retail, holding several management positions. These included responsibility for sales, customer service, people development and leadership coaching.
She has been coaching and training for eight years developing clients and businesses to unlock their potential and deliver a Personal Best performance consistently.
Sharon works with a variety of clients in Retail, Law, Accountancy, Manufacturing and NHS.
Sharon makes great use of coaching to help clients understand and recognise what is required to improve.
