Jodi Adams is an innovative and creative consultant with a passion for Learning. Kent based, with easy access to London, Jodi has over 25 years Learning and Development experience gained cross sector and Industry wide.
Her L&D background is Fashion Retail and she has worked with Next, M&S, Arcadia, River Island, Monsoon Accessorize and Fenwick. Working as a consultant has afforded her the opportunities to work with the Pharmaceutical, Construction and Finance Industries.
With her strong retail experience, Jodi loves to deliver a wide range of customer service and communications courses that help team members and team leaders build the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service.
Jodi is also a cross-cultural career coach and learning qualification tutor. She loves the opportunity to engage, inspire and motivate others and ‘pay forward’ the skills and knowledge she has acquired in her own personal learning experiences.
