Part Time Learning & Assessment Co-ordinator
Due to sustained increased business levels and internal promotion, we are looking for a part time Learning & Assessment Co-ordinator.
The Role
Working 3 to 5 days per week over 20-to-25 hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) We are open to flexible working arrangements in support of a positive work/life balance.
Job responsibilities include:
- Branding training course materials
- Administering online psychometric tests
- Analysing training and coaching feedback
- Involvement in projects, including external course accreditation
You will work closely with the Learning Solutions team and occasionally support our Client Services Team and Training Associates with information and training resources.

Education:

KSL Face to Face Training Associate Role
Due to sustained business growth, we are currently seeking professionally qualified training associates that live in the following regions and match the role, experience and qualifications listed below:
- Birmingham and the Midlands
- London and Surrey
- Sussex and Kent
- Norfolk and Suffolk
- Hampshire and Dorset
The Role:
- Deliver high impact training courses balancing the needs of the client and the staff members attending.
- Liaise with the account manager or client prior to course delivery to understand the desired outcomes of the training.
- Review and prepare course material and exercises to ensure smooth content delivery.
- Identify course participants preferred ways of learning and adjust your delivery style or content to ensure the learning is embedded and can be applied effectively in the workplace.
- Review feedback and share any learning that will benefit the trainer or KSL when working with this or similar clients in the future.
The following are essential for a successful application:
- You operate a Ltd company or are self-employed and have company and public liability insurance.
- You have operated independently for at least one year.
- You are CIPD qualified with an expertise in Learning and Development and/or HR.
- You can travel across the UK and Europe (although most work will be within a 2-hour commute as part of our sustainable training offering)
The following are desirable for a successful application:
- Licensed practitioner in behavioural or psychometric tools e.g. MBTI, Belbin Team Roles, EI, OPQ.
- Previous Management experience of L&D/HR or operational function or people/teams.
- Experience of working in diverse business sectors, with differing needs and organisational cultures.
- Experience of working with different levels within a business from Front Line Staff to Senior Teams.
- Designed bespoke training courses and programmes to meet clients’ needs.
- Delivered learning interventions which have resulted in tangible business improvement to the bottom line.
- Conducted 1-1 coaching or mentoring.
Personal qualities and skills
- Demonstrates a highly facilitative style of delivery or flexibility in delivery to create involvement, engagement and meet the communication and learning styles of the staff members attending.
- Demonstrates strong decision-making skills to modify aspects of the course content in the moment to ensure both the participants personal and clients business objectives are met.
- Delivers insightful coaching and mentoring skills to embed learning.
- Designs highly interactive training programmes that achieve client business and participant learning goals.
- Collaborates with clients and colleagues to achieve collective goals.
- Demonstrates integrity in all business decisions.
- Delivers consistent, high-quality results.
- Communicates in writing clearly and professionally.
- Organised and punctual.
