Leadership Coaching is for anyone in or moving into a leadership role, including new managers, mid-level leaders, or high-potential individuals. Coaching is often used to support transitions, stretch assignments, or personal development goals.

  • Coaching helps you find your own solutions through guided questioning and reflection.
  • Mentoring offers advice based on the mentor’s experience.
  • Consulting provides expert recommendations or done-for-you solutions.
  • Counselling helps you explore and resolve emotional or psychological challenges. Coaching is non-directive and focused on long-term change, not just quick fixes.

Example: Imagine you’re a new leader who’s feeling overwhelmed:

  • You and your Leadership Coach will agree a mutually convenient time to schedule the coaching sessions across the working day.
  • The coaching will take place over Zoom unless you have a preferred platform.
  • You can pay for additional online coaching sessions on this page

At your first coaching session, the first 30 minutes will be focused on determining how you and your Coach will work together, i.e.

  • What your goals are and why these are important to you.
  • Where you want to be at a future point i.e. your aspirations.
  • How you and your Coach will maintain transparency and confidentiality.
  • When you want to schedule your coaching sessions.
  • Who is responsible for what and the expectations you have of each other.

The subsequent 90 minutes will be focused on commencing the work on your goals.

  • Confidentiality is key, between you and your Leadership Coach. What you discuss remains confidential unless your Coach believes you or others are at risk or is asked to disclose information in a court of law.
  • Duty of care is uppermost in our Coach’s mind. If they believe you or the business is at risk, they will discuss their concerns with you to agree the best way forward.
  • Further questions can be answered by our Coach Advisor or by your Leadership Coach during your first coaching session.

Contact your Leadership Coach to explain the emergency. They will respond as quickly as they can.

  • In the case of an emergency your Coach will do their best to see if your coaching session can be changed without any cost being incurred. However, this may not be possible.
  • With at least 2 weeks’ notice your Coach will reschedule your coaching session at a mutually convenient time without incurring a cost.
  • With less than 2 weeks’ notice your rescheduled coaching session may incur an additional cost, but your Coach will find the next mutually convenient time slot.

Your Leadership Coach will act as a thought partner, helping you navigate challenges with fresh perspective, tools, and support, so you can lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

  • Transition well into leadership roles
