We look at what makes a healthy habit and why change is easy when you know how. We unlock the habit identities that will support healthy growth and go through to the habit hacks needed to make it all stick

Body

  1. Sleep for Wellbeing: How to sleep well and improve this vital wellbeing foundation

We look how sleep supports every human function, what happens when you are under-slept and the daily golden rules for good sleep. We even look at the value of rest and naps in improving your ability to sleep well at night

  1. Happily Active: How to choose the physical activities you need for wellbeing

We look at how our human bodies are meant to move and how movement affects the whole mind-body system. We look at what happens when you you’re not active and why it’s helpful to think ‘movement’ not ‘exercise’

  1. Food for Mood: How to choose the right diet for overall wellbeing

We look at new gut science to keep our microbiome happy and how this affects our sleep and mental health. We calculate our ‘M’ scores (Mediterranean Diet) and create a food plan for daily positive mood and healthy outcomes

We look at the issues of seated Working from Home on the skeletal system, brain function and even healthy choice making. We look at the options to detach from digital devices and create healthy boundaries for homeworking

We look mental fitness using the analogy of physical fitness and go through 5 guided, mental fitness workout exercises to improve awareness and thinking patterns in the moment

We look at the ‘Rocks’ that will make the biggest difference to your resilience and help you create your own ‘Recipe of Resilience Resources’ to build resilience more easily every day

  1. Find your Focus: How to find calmness, attention and an extra 30 minutes in your day

We look at what limits your ability to focus, chemically, biologically, and environmentally and ways to train your focus and attention muscles. We look at time-ringfencing strategies to be calmer and more productive

  1. Challenging Change: How to thrive by successfully managing change and transition

We look at why change is hard for humans and how it’s helpful to think ‘transition’ not change. We appreciate why we all handle it differently and what we can do to lessen change-related stress

Heart

  1. Journaling and Gratitude: How to practice the daily skill to make you happier

We look at the science behind this simple practice and learn how 15 minutes a day can make you happier, improve your health and relationships and give you a new positive perspective. We practice it in the moment to experience a mental and emotional uplift

  1. Self-Compassion: How to find this superpower to reduce stress and help you thrive

We look at how the practice of self-compassion reduces stress, rewires our brains to become more open and releases positive emotions directly related to our sense of thriving. We put it into practice by experiencing key tools of self-compassion

Purpose

  1. Purpose: How to find your purpose, meaning, direction and fuel for life

We look at how purpose comes from the combination of meaning and motivation and look at ways to discover it through connection to something greater and unlocking strengths and values

  1. Values: How to find resilience and direction for life through what you stand for

We look at how we all need our own internal lighthouse to guide us and the benefits of knowing and truly living our deepest principles. We begin to elicit what you stand for and how it can connect to the most liberated, fulfilled and powerful life
