Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, Mark Corder is a trainer, facilitator and coach, who delivers a wide range of leadership, management and soft-skills development services, both in the UK and internationally.
As a highly motivated individual, Mark has had many successes in his career, and, since 2012, has enjoyed working with others to help them to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding of a wide range of subjects. Nothing pleases Mark more than to see the people that he works with, grow, shine and be happy in what they are doing.
Having a passion for personal development and growth, Mark has over 30 years of experience of leading diverse teams in the public, private and voluntary sectors, demonstrating a leadership style that enables individual ownership, a willingness to make decisions, and a desire to be successful.
Mark believes that if motivated individuals are provided with the relevant support, and given permission to succeed (or learn), their achievements may be boundless. This is one reason why Mark’s preferred leadership style is one of coaching. When leading a team, Mark’s aim is take people to a point where they are best-equipped to gain the greatest benefits from being coached.
