Julie Knapman joins the KSL team in October 2019, as Customer Service Advisor, working closely with the Training Account Manager. Previously a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Royal Air Force, Julie has a wealth experience of Human Resource Management, as well as Office Management and Personal Secretary roles.

Within KSL, Julie focuses on prospective new and current client enquiries, helping to produce high quality written training proposals to suit client needs. She also assists with training bookings by preparing client contracts and tracking progress, as well as keeping the client and the trainer informed.

Julie has a friendly and cheerful disposition with excellent organisational skills. Outside the office she enjoys walking, running and photography.
