Understanding Team Roles
Course Synopsis
In this one day team building event run as in-company training, gain insights into the different Belbin Team Roles within an effective team, try team building exercises and activities that will enhance the team's effectiveness.
This teambuilding training utilises a range of different team building techniques to increase the team building skills and co-operation within the team.
Target Audience
In-house training for those wishing to gain an appreciation of their own and others team type preference and how to effectively work with each type.
Course Objectives
- Provide team members with a better understanding of each other, and their roles within a team
- Be able to solve problems, utilising all team members to achieve the most effective result
- Develop team building skills to work more closely together
