Course Synopsis
In this feedback skills training course, you will use different feedback methods and techniques, develop your listening skills, and acquire feedback tips on giving positive and negative feedback constructively whatever the context. So, if you need to learn how to give performance or appraisal feedback or feedback for developing and improving skills, you will develop your people skills by attending this training course.
Target Audience
The course offers in-company training for individuals in a line management role who have to give constructive feedback to team members, which could be following positive or potentially negative events.
