Course Synopsis
In our performance management training course, you will learn how to increase employee productivity and overall staff performance by focusing on different aspects of managing people and measuring performance. The course is run in-company and will be tailored to the needs of your company or organisation.

Target Audience
KSL's performance management course offers in-company training for individuals in line management who have a responsibility for managing the performance and conduct of staff at work and increasing employee productivity. The course content is tailored according to the current skills capability of the participants and the performance management framework already in place or about to be introduced.
