Course Synopsis
In our managing performance training course, you will learn how to increase employee productivity and overall staff performance by focusing on different aspects of managing people and measuring performance. The course is run in-company and will be tailored to the needs of your company or organisation.
Learn how to manage poor performance, put performance measurement in place and monitor performance improvement as well as provide the right level of support and training for extra high performers to keep employee motivation, staff performance and productivity at its highest.
Target Audience
The course offers in-company training for individuals in line management who have a responsibility for managing the performance and conduct of staff at work and increasing employee productivity.
