Course Synopsis

In this highly interactive and engaging diversity awareness training course, participants will learn how to deal with a wide range of diversity issues in the workplace. Using a variety of exercises that describe real work situations, a safe group environment is established that enables participants to comfortably raise workplace diversity issues and find practical solutions.

Participants attending this course positively enhance their attitudes, behaviours and skills in supporting and making the most of workforce diversity.

Diversity training courses are run in the UK by a qualified CIPD diversity training consultant and can be enhanced using trained actors. The course can also be tailored to a half day to meet your specific needs and timeframes.

Target Audience

For individuals who want to work effectively with diverse teams and customers and understand and improve the way they deal with diversity issues at work.
