Course Synopsis
This 'hands on' half day in-house course provides business letter writing training with tips and techniques on how to write professional business letters. So whether you have to write a formal letter of complaint, a covering letter, a letter of application, a sales letter or any other form of professional communication, this training course will increase their impact.
Target Audience
In company training for individuals who are responsible for producing business letters.
Course Objectives
To provide individuals with the skills and knowledge to plan, draft and produce a professional and effective business letter.
An important aim of this programme is that when a letter is sent, the recipient will know exactly what you want them to know and will clearly understand how, or if, they need to respond.

- Why good business writing is essential
- Identify which method of communication will be most suitable in any given situation
- Plan the content of the letter effectively and efficiently
- Style of writing (appropriate to reader)
- Clear writing skills
