KSL Training worked with us on scoping and developing key operational training modules for our cinema training framework. Kim Larkins, the consultant we worked with, facilitated numerous workshops with key cinema managers and from this she defined exactly what operational training modules we required. She then designed and developed each module, which contained relevant training packs, process charts, practical learning activities, assessment processes and trainer guidelines.
Kim Larkins did a fantastic job. She quickly assimilated herself into our organisation and effectively worked with the relevant teams to develop the training modules from scratch. These are now in place and are successfully being used by our cinema management teams to train their people.
