Amanda initially spent 7 years in the NHS progressing to Senior Technician specialising in paediatrics, then spent 21 years in the Pharmaceutical industry before becoming an independent training consultant.

Chartered Fellow CIPD, is a professionally qualified trainer and coach who has led and facilitated financial management and business skills training programmes in the UK, Germany, France, Holland, South Africa, Angola, the Czech Republic, New Zealand, Ireland and Cyprus.

Richard develops and delivers training programmes to large and small audiences, moderating at conferences and mentoring individuals through particular tasks required for career progression.

He has over twenty years experience in managing and leading people in a major high street bank. Simon has spent the last seven years in training, developing the leadership and management skills of people at all levels, from supervisory to senior management.
