Using the Belbin Team Roles Questionnaire by Dr Meridith Belbin, we facilitate a range of team building exercises to enable the team to become more aware of their strengths and weaknesses, having first completed the online questionnaire.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
With a qualified MBTI facilitator, we offer team building events based around the outputs of team members completing the online MBTI Myers Briggs Type Indicator Questionnaire, providing insights into the way in which each person communicates and makes decisions.
Team Psychometrics
As an SHL partner, we offer teambuilding events facilitated around the results from individual team members completing the online OPQ Occupational Personality Questionnaire to highlight leadership, reporting styles and team strengths.
