Standard OPQ Report
The standard OPQ report is based upon the candidates responses to a self-report personality questionnaire, which invites the candidate to describe their behaviour, preferences and attitudes, in relation to different aspects of their working life.
The candidates responses are then compared against those of a large relevant comparison group to give a profile of the candidates perceived preferences for different ways of behaving at work.
These are grouped into three main areas; Relationships with People, Thinking Style and Feelings and Emotions.
