Simon Priestley
Simon Priestley is a specialist in people development and leadership training based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. With over twenty years experience in managing and leading people in a major high street bank, he has spent the last seven years in training, developing the leadership and management skills of people at all levels, from supervisory to senior management.
He has designed and delivered a wide range of programmes, covering subjects including leadership and management development, diversity and equality, team building, team development, recruitment, trainer development and competency frameworks. He is also experienced in coaching, both on a training basis and working with individuals on their development.
Based in West Yorkshire, Simon has a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors with clients including HSBC Bank plc, DVLA, the NHS as well as smaller organisations e.g. Bradford Chamber of Commerce. He has worked across the UK as well as overseas, in Armenia, Luxembourg & Russia.
