SHL OPQ Client Requirements Form

In order that we may process your SHL order quickly and efficiently, we may ask you to complete this form. It is used to provide us with all the information we'll need to send the candidates the e-mails containing links to the psychometric test/s you've ordered.

It's also important that we fully understand your requirements and timescales.

Note: The fast turnaround SHL OPQ service (referred to in the form) is available Monday to Friday, for applications made to SHL before 15:30pm*
