Consultancy Style

Sarah's aim is to provide relevant, high quality, practical coaching and learning solutions to her clients. She does this by taking the time to listen to her clients to identify and agree the underlying development need and the appropriate coaching or learning intervention. This may range from an off the shelf programme to a highly tailored solution in response to a detailed learning needs analysis.

Whatever the solution, her intent is to enhance clients' business capability and to produce sustained behavioural or attitudinal/psychological change in the workplace. And to have some fun and personal challenge along the way!
