Sandra Cashell BSc (Hons) MIH Assoc.CIPD is a talented and highly skilled learning and development professional based in Duxford, Cambridgeshire. After gaining her degree she initially spent nine years in the hospitality profession, holding a variety of management positions before progressing in to pure learning and development roles.
Sandra has spent the last 13 years working as a learning and development consultant. She delivers professional development and coaching solutions, ranging from off-the-shelf public training courses, to fully bespoke in-house solutions backed by personal coaching and development. She offers the full range of training delivery, from management development and soft skills training, to train the trainer and health/food safety training and consultancy.
