At KSL Training we adhere to a strict privacy policy in line with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.

You can rest assured that we will not supply or sell any of your personal details to third party companies or send you unsolicited e-mail or regular posted mail, other than to supply information that you specifically request in writing or by verbal means.

All information supplied via our on-line forms will reside on our UK in-company KSL Training servers for a reasonable time period only. All our computer servers have advanced firewalls, up to date virus detection and removal tools and the latest Microsoft operating system security updates. In addition, KSL Training do not use 'Cookies' to collect data about our customers. Neither do we participate in direct unsolicited marketing using information supplied from our on-line forms.

In summary KSL Training abides by the following Data Protection practices:-

  • Personal data is not processed unless you specifically request us to supply you with information about our services or to pass on such information to one of our other training associates. Your data is always processed fairly and lawfully.
  • Personal data is obtained only for our specified and lawful purpose or purposes, and is not further processed in any manner incompatible with that purpose or purposes.
  • Personal data processed for any purpose or purposes is not kept for longer than deemed reasonably necessary.
  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the rights of data subjects under the Data Protection Act.
  • Personal data is not transferred to a country or territory outside the European Economic Area.
