Linda Pearce, Associate CIPD, is an experienced learning and development consultant based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire who offers a wide range of management training programmes and coaching across the south of England.
Her broad experience spans 17 years. During this time she has held a variety of management and training and development positions in the retail and travel industries. Linda has 13 years people management experience which includes leading remote teams and large teams of up to 30 people.
Linda's most recent role was EMEA Training and Development Manager of a major Car rental company where she was responsible for all aspects of learning and development for the company's 4000 employees. This challenging but rewarding role gave Linda the opportunity to work with a diverse range of delegates from across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region and gave her experience of working with many different cultures.
Linda Pearce has 17 years experience of designing and delivering a varied range of training programmes for employees up to middle management level and specialises in the following areas: leadership and management, time management, stress management, appraisal skills, coaching skills, performance management, assertiveness, customer service and selling skills.
In addition to the design and delivery of training programmes Linda has a proven track record of developing and embedding competency based appraisal systems, designing induction programmes at all levels and implementing talent management systems to help companies plan for succession and to develop and retain their high potential employees.
