Linda Marshall
Linda Marshall is a Newcastle training consultant, who has been in the business of training and development since 1988. Her background includes working in Retail and the Service industry and progressing through the ranks to management. As a training consultant she specialises in the development of people at all levels by changing mindsets, unlocking potential and helping people achieve all that they can to become winning performers for their organisations. Her approach includes coaching, mentoring and classroom training and her clients range from small businesses to large organisations in the public and private sector.
Linda has a proven track record in the design and delivery of a wide range of training programmes from improving communication at all levels, workplace behaviour and attitudes, customer care, selling techniques, building effective relationships through to effective management and leadership.
