Kim Larkins
Kim Larkins MCIPD, founder of KSL Training, is a freelance training consultant based in the Thames Valley with 20 years experience, including a generalist background in Human Resources (HR). Her experience has been gained within a wide variety of disciplines and levels, from operational skills to senior management development in the Pharmaceutical, Retail and Hospitality Industries.
Since establishing KSL Training in 2002, Kim Larkins has provided management training and development services to independent schools, the NHS, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Hospitality and Entertainment Industry. She has also developed a successful on-line psychometric testing service to the Recruitment Industry as well as a wide range of small to medium sized businesses and private individuals.
She is skilled in designing training solutions to meet specific skills needs and business objectives, delivering practical solutions in the area of teambuilding, self development, recruitment, performance management and assessment in a manner and style that reflects the culture and values of the business she is operating in.
