Craig Wardman, AIPD, SNLPP, ILMM, DISC & MBTi, is a business and people development consultant, professional coach and accredited trainer based in Scotland.

He initially spent fifteen years in the financial services profession in relationship management, sales leadership and learning & development positions with experience in sales, strategic sales and account management, service delivery and operations support.

Craig has spent the last five years working as a learning consultant, professional coach and key note speaker across organizations both large and small, private, public and voluntary sectors. He has facilitated programmes to over 10,000 people to the highest level. Core specialisms include leadership development, executive and team coaching as well as relationship management.

Craig is a dynamic, proven coach and facilitator who uses his strong influencing skills, high motivation & business experience to make a winning difference for every client he has worked with. He helps businesses & individuals to achieve and exceed results through enabling them to define their vision for growth, develop a practical action plan and to build the skills and confidence to implement the plan.
