Angela Sheen
Angela Sheen, Chartered Licentiate CIPD, is a business and people development consultant, coach and trainer based near Basingstoke, Hampshire.
She previously gained in-depth retail and corporate banking experience with the National Westminster Bank before moving to Human Resources when she became Group Recruitment Manager, and then Training Manager for the UK Retail Sector and finally, Senior Manager Organisational Change when she acted as the internal HR Consultant to a major Business Process Redesign initiative.
During the past twelve years, Angela has specialised in Human Resources Consultancy and has worked on several EU funded projects sub-contracting to large corporates including ING Bank; Lloyds Bank, Deloittes and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She has introduced international best practice Strategies and Standards to private and public sector organisations worldwide including Central and Eastern Europe as well as the Far East and the Middle East. Recognising the role of HR in achieving Organisational Change, Angela also focusses on Change Management initiatives.

Consultancy Style
When providing consultancy services, Angela adopts a variety of roles depending on the needs of the organisation. As well as delivering Strategic Plans and Policy manuals, Angela concentrates on skills and knowledge transfer, providing one to one and group coaching and delivering training workshops. Being prepared to share her own experience, she is able to give practical examples of how theories can be applied in real life and why things sometimes go wrong.
