Amanda Bickerton is a business and people development training consultant, coach and trainer based in Stone, Staffordshire.

Amanda initially spent 7 years in the NHS progressing to Senior Technician specialising in paediatrics. Amanda then spent 21 years in the Pharmaceutical industry firstly as a Representative then progressing to Regional Sales Trainer followed by promotion to Field Sales Training Manager with responsibility for the Medical Sales Training Team and delivery of initial and ongoing training for the Medical Sales Field Force.

In the last year she has worked as a training consultant, coach and trainer helping her clients, both organisations and individuals to maximise their potential and to achieve results beyond their expectations.

Amanda has worked with a variety of clients across a number of sectors including, drinks, financial, pharmaceutical, the Police and the NHS. Her clients have included Gaymer Cider Company, Novartis, GSK, DHL and Friends Provident. More recently, amanda has spent a large portion of her time coaching people who are going through redundancy, helping them with producing their CV’s and enhancing their interview technique to find work or change their careers.

Consultancy Style

In her work with clients Amanda takes on a variety of roles and it is NLP experience that enables her to create the right environment for her clients to get the best out of themselves.

When training, Amanda is highly enthusiastic and motivational in her delivery of the subject matter and uses a wide range of learning methods to accommodate each participant’s preferred learning style.
