KSL Training, a West Berkshire based training company was established by Kim Larkins, a training and development Specialist in 2002. KSL Training provides high quality in-house people management and interpersonal skills tailored training and development solutions at affordable levels of investment regardless of organisation size or industry sector.
As our reputation has grown, the team of highly experienced CIPD qualified training consultants has extended to 17 covering the whole of the UK and widening our consultancy services to include project management, diversity, stress management and well being, sales and business development.
Being in the people business, we have recognised the need to select consultants who share our company values of integrity, customer service and quality and demonstrate their ability to engage with our clients and training participants whilst working as a true team player. This enables us to provide you with a team of highly professional and supportive consultants who will work seamlessly together to deliver the results required.
Once we have fully understood your training needs, we will present our tailored solution utilising the most skilled and experienced consultant or team of consultants closest to your location to minimise your costs whilst ensuring high quality results and effective communication.
